The Governing Board had already approved the exchange of lands owned by Thiru. Kabali in City

for Auroville Foundation Land.In the 66 th Governing Board Meeting dated 13.02.2024.

Auroville Foundation need funds to register the land exchange as follows.

For Stamp duty 7% - Rs. 7,06,632

For Registration fees 2% - Rs. 1,87,102

Documentation Charges - Rs. 30,000

Total - Rs. 9,23,734 ( Nine lakhs twenty three thousand seven hundred thirty

four only)

I request to release the funds from A4A Phase 4' s Foreign ledger.
