Jayanti S Ravi, who assumed office as Secretary of Auroville Foundation in July, 2021 for a three-year term, has been repatriated to her parent Gujarat cadre.
According to information sourced under the RTI Act by an applicant on behalf of a section of Aurovilians, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet had in August 2024, approved the “premature repatriation” of Ms. Ravi, a 1991 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre, to her parent cadre.
